FLIGHTS

When booking flights, please fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is approximately 30 minutes north of the airport.

Please book the flight that works best with your schedule. We highly encourage guests to arrive no later than December 11th, 2026 to join in on all the wedding events. The wedding ceremony is on December 12th, 2026.

If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the amenities which include pools, restaurants, activities etc. The lobby will hold your luggage for you and keep it safe until your room is ready.

TRANSPORTATION

Private transportation to and from the airport is complimentary when you book a minimum of 3 nights with our promocode. The transportation company, Seasons Tours, is the resort’s in-house transportation company. Seasons will provide 1 complimentary transfer per room reservation. Keep this in mind if you are rooming with someone that will fly in on a different flight. Try to book flights that arrive and depart around the same time otherwise one of you will have to purchase a separate transfer.

Because there can be flight changes, it is recommended to schedule your transfer no earlier than 1 month from your arrival but it is required no later than 1 week before your arrival.

For guests with young children, you can request a car seat(s) or you are welcome to bring your own.

PASSPORT

You will need a valid passport to travel to Cancun, Mexico. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay.

If you have a Canadian passport, your passport only needs to be valid for the duration of your stay in Cancun.

If you have a US passport, your passport needs to be valid for at least six months after your travel dates. This means your passport cannot have an expiration date prior to June 20, 2027.
